Sing stellar-songbird

Sing stellar-songbird

As night-merge with dawn
Sing stellar-songbird
Activate project unity
With warbled mantra
Project from the treetops
Sweet spun sugar crystals
Sparkling delicious sating the
Urge of the inquisitive tongue
Sing stellar-songbird
Soar beyond technology
To the singular smudge of this new
day in crystal clarity of the Universe

  1. Technology comes a poor second to poetry where words produce dreams and dreams produce new worlds to inhabit.

    1. I so very much agree with the exception that it does allow us to "connect"

  7. Pearl Girl, this was lovely. Made me feel like I could fly! Your double use of "project," first as a noun, then a verb, CLEVER. And Jae is indeed right about that line, the whole poem is a confection! Love, Amy
